Online Player Fee Payment is encouraged and preferred. If online player fee payment is not possible, use form http://www.usta-va.com/FeeInvoice.pdf to remit payment via check within 10 days of the tournament's completion.

$20 Late / Invoicing Fee: If Player Fee payment has not been received by USTA Virginia Tennis office within 30 days of a tournament’s completion a $20 Late / Invoicing Fee will be charged in addition to the player fees.

Easy Checkout Procedure:

  1. Enter the Tournament ID Number.
  2. Junior L6 Futures / Novice Tournaments - adjust the fee using the drop-down.
  3. Click the "Add to Cart" button
  4. Change the quantity to the total number of singles entries - click update cart.
  5. If your tournament included doubles divisions, click 'Continue Shopping" to return to this screen and repeat steps 1-4 for doubles player fees.

Note: the TDM "Events Information" report is the easiest way to determine the the total number of singles and/or doubles players in a tournament. Click here to view how to generate this report in TDM. [The USTA uses this report to confirm the accuracy of tournament player fee payments.]
